A 2 day facilitated workshop training internal resources as assessors to ensure a sound methodological approach which is key in ensuring the validity, reliability and objectivity of the output from the Assessment/Development Centre. Delegates will be introduced to activities to be delivered during an Assessment/Development Centre, learn how to use the material, observe for behaviors and integrate psychometric data into comprehensive management reports.
